You ever scroll your ex’s or someone you’re newly dating’s feed and wonder how someone who didn’t text back could still find the energy to post vacation content?

Same.

But here’s what I remind myself:

Posting is performance.

Presence is effort.

And I’m not interested in people who only show up for an audience.
